Welcome to Same Day Notary. By scheduling an appointment, using our website, or utilizing our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services

Same Day Notary provides mobile notary public services, loan signing services, and document preparation services in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.

A notary public is an impartial witness and cannot provide legal advice, explain legal documents, or recommend which documents you should sign. If you require legal advice, you should consult a licensed attorney.

Appointment Requirements

To complete a notarization, all signers must:

Be personally present unless otherwise permitted by Nevada law.
Present valid, acceptable government-issued identification.
Be willing and aware of the document they are signing.
Sign documents voluntarily and without coercion.
Ensure documents are complete before notarization. Blank or incomplete documents may not be notarized.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in the appointment being canceled or the notarization being refused.

Fees

Service fees, travel fees, and any applicable convenience fees will be disclosed before your appointment whenever possible.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Cancellations & Refunds

Appointments canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund of any prepaid fees.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not qualify for a refund.

Once notary services have been completed, all fees are non-refundable.

Travel fees become non-refundable once the notary has arrived at the scheduled appointment location.

If Same Day Notary is unable to provide the scheduled service, any prepaid fees will be refunded in full.

Right to Refuse Service

Same Day Notary reserves the right to refuse notarization whenever required by Nevada law, including but not limited to:

Inability to verify identity.
Incomplete or improper documents.
Suspected fraud or coercion.
The signer does not appear willing, aware, or competent.
Any circumstance where notarization would violate applicable law or ethical standards.

Limitation of Liability

Same Day Notary is not responsible for the legal validity, accuracy, completeness, or enforceability of any document presented for notarization.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided, except where otherwise required by law.

Privacy

Information obtained during appointments is used solely for providing requested services and complying with applicable Nevada recordkeeping requirements. Personal information will not be sold or shared except as required by law.

Governing Law

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

At Same Day Notary, we value your time and strive to provide prompt, reliable service to every client. To help us accommodate all appointment requests, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, particularly for mobile notary appointments where travel has been scheduled.

We understand that emergencies happen. If an unexpected situation arises, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to work with you.

Refund Policy

Completed Services
Once notary services have been performed, all fees are non-refundable. This includes completed notarizations, travel services, and any other services that have been fully provided.

Prepaid Appointments
If you prepay for an appointment and Same Day Notary is unable to provide the requested service, you will receive a full refund of any prepaid fees.

Customer Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund of any prepaid fees.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are generally not eligible for a refund, as time has been reserved specifically for your appointment.

Travel Fees
For mobile notary appointments, travel fees become non-refundable once the notary has arrived at the scheduled appointment location, regardless of whether the notarization is completed.

Unable to Complete a Notarization
Nevada law requires notaries to refuse notarization if legal requirements are not met, including but not limited to insufficient identification, an unwilling or unaware signer, signs of coercion, or incomplete documents. If a notarization cannot be completed for any of these reasons after the appointment has begun, any applicable travel fees and other services already provided are non-refundable.
